HVBSA Baseball / Division A

This Division is for all 8 year olds and 7s that have previously played baseball in a league. Nine year olds are eligible if they are new to baseball or do not have the skills required for AA. The emphasis will be on instruction and fun, while the players are playing in competitive games. The players hit off a pitching machine that throws consistently over the plate and reduces fear of being hit by the ball. The machine also helps speed up the pace of play. There will be between 12 and 14 games not including year end single elimination playoffs. Managers will also be holding practices prior to and during the season. Games last between 1:30 and 1:45.

Congratulations to HVBSA 8u team who made it all the way to the regional finals in Troy, NY. The team went 5-2 at regionals after winning straight through districts and states with no losses!
